PDG does not offer refunds on custom CAD design fees, custom fabrication, powder coating, or items requested by the customer that are outside the normal scope of production, or shipping / freight costs. 
Modifications/changes that are requested after your generator has started production may incur additional fees.
NOTE: Dimensions are approximate and may change based on product updates. You must notify PDG prior to purchase if you have dimensional restrictions.

NOTE: Orders canceled after production has begun will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.  Once your order reaches 50% completion, cancellation will incur a 50% restocking  fee. 
Cancellations are not available after your order has entered final phases of production.

NOTE: Using a generator engine for applications that are not in accordance with its EPA designation is forbidden and could result in penalties and loss of warranties.
NOTE: Balance(s) must be paid in full upon completion. Orders with unpaid balances after 21 days of completion will be assessed a 1.5% monthly storage fee.
NOTE: It is mutually agreed that this transaction shall be enforced and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, City of Valdosta, USA.
NOTE: In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this sale it is hereby agreed that the dispute shall be referred to the state of
Georgia for mediation and arbitration in accordance with Georgia mediation and arbitration laws and rules.
