WHAT IS YOUR GENEATOR HEAD RETURN POLICY?
PDG will do what is necessary to make sure you are happy with your generator head purchase. We will work with you and our network of dealer repair centers to ensure your brushless alternator and generator is running as it should. Ample time should be allotted for this by the customer. Generally, this time frame is expected to be under thirty days.
After thirty days, if the generator head is still not performing properly, PDG will authorize a return.
All returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any damages incurred to the unit by the customer. Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
