Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
Do you ship internationally?
We do not arrange international shipping. We will gladly ship to a freight forwarder at the dock or port of your choice in the Continental United States.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on your location. Shipping times can range from overnite to seven days or more depending on location. Call us for approximate shipping times for your address.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Residents of Georgia are responsible for sales tax. Exemptions are allowed for those in possession of a Georgia Agricultural Tax Exempt Certificate or those individuals with a resale tax certificate.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, and Credit Cards.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Ask us for a full copy of our warranty.
What is your return policy?
PDG will do what is necessary to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We will work with you and our network of dealer repair centers to ensure your generator is running as it should. Ample time should be allotted for this by the customer. Generally, this time frame is expected to be under thirty days.
After thirty days, if the generator is still not performing properly, PDG will authorize a return.
All returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any damages incurred to the unit by the customer. Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
